The USC Trojans women’s basketball program has announced the hiring of Nicki Blue as an assistant coach. A former WNBA player and standout at the University of South Carolina, Blue brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the Trojans.
Known for her defensive acumen and player development skills, she has previously held coaching roles at Arizona and Cal. USC head coach Lindsay Gottlieb praised the addition, calling Blue “a passionate leader with a deep understanding of the game.” Blue’s arrival is expected to strengthen USC’s coaching staff as the team builds on recent successes and looks ahead to the upcoming season.
