December 2023: The MS Maud encountered a rogue wave in the North Sea, leading to a power outage and loss of navigation systems. All 266 passengers and 131 crew members were reported safe.

 

December 2024: A 51-year-old male passenger went overboard from the Norwegian Epic while en route from Jamaica to the Bahamas. Despite extensive search efforts, the individual was not found.

 

March 2022: The Norwegian Escape ran aground off the coast of the Dominican Republic due to strong winds. The ship was refloated after several hours, and no injuries were reported among passengers or crew.
