The Lions’ Next Roar: Meet the Future Kings — Penn State Wrestling 2025-26 Starting Lineup Breakdown…

With legendary coach Cael Sanderson at the helm, Penn State Wrestling gears up for another dominant season in 2025-26. The Nittany Lions return a dangerous mix of proven champions and rising stars ready to continue their dynasty.

Leading the charge are returning NCAA champs Levi Haines (157) and Aaron Brooks, who bumps to 197 after his Olympic redshirt. Carter Starocci, aiming for a historic fifth NCAA title at 184, anchors the heart of the lineup. At 125, Braeden Davis steps in as a top recruit with All-American potential, while Shayne Van Ness and Alex Facundo return at 149 and 174, respectively, with title hopes of their own.

The upper weights are bolstered by newcomers like Jim Mullen at heavyweight, a blue-chip recruit with serious upside, and newly developed talent filling in at 133 and 141. This lineup blends experience with elite-level youth, setting the stage for another national title push.

With depth, leadership, and unmatched coaching, Penn State looks ready to roar once again in 2026. Their path to the top is paved with talent—and the future kings of the mat are ready to rule.
