Retired NASCAR champion Kevin Harvick has listed his expansive South Charlotte estate for $12.5 million, shortly after acquiring the iconic Lake Norman mansion featured in the film Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby.
The South Charlotte property, located in the SouthPark neighborhood, spans 4.5 acres and includes a 9,157-square-foot main house with six bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and three half-baths. Additional features include a pool house, guest house, putting green, and a six-car garage.
In October 2023, Harvick and his wife, DeLana, purchased the Lake Norman mansion in Cornelius for $6.75 million. The 12,042-square-foot home, known for its appearance in Talladega Nights, boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and sits on 1.3 acres of waterfront property. Notably, the fireplace from the film’s iconic “Dear Lord Baby Jesus” scene remains intact.
Harvick retired from full-time racing in November 2023 after a 23-year career, during which he secured 60 Cup Series wins and the 2014 championship. He has since transitioned to a broadcasting role with Fox Sports.
