In a significant move to revitalize their home base, the Los Angeles Angels, under the ownership of Arte Moreno, have approved a $337 million renovation project for Angel Stadium, set to commence in 2025. This decision underscores the team’s commitment to enhancing the fan experience and modernizing the facility to meet contemporary standards.
The renovation plans include comprehensive upgrades to seating areas, luxury suites, and fan amenities, aiming to provide a more immersive and comfortable environment for attendees. Additionally, the project will focus on improving player facilities and incorporating advanced technology to enhance game-day operations.
However, the extensive nature of the renovation means that certain areas of the stadium will be under construction during the 2025 season. As a result, the Angels have announced that some home games may be relocated to alternative venues or played with reduced seating capacity to accommodate the ongoing work.
Despite these temporary adjustments, the Angels are optimistic that the long-term benefits of the renovation will significantly enhance the stadium’s appeal and functionality. The project is expected to be completed by the start of the 2026 season, positioning Angel Stadium as a state-of-the-art venue for both players and fans alike.
