Peoples-Jones, 25, spent last season with the Detroit Lions after beginning his career with the Cleveland Browns. Known for his speed, athleticism, and ability to stretch the field, he brings much-needed depth and experience to a Saints offense looking to rebound from an inconsistent 2024 campaign. In his NFL career, he has totaled over 1,800 receiving yards and eight touchdowns, and he’s also contributed on special teams as a returner.
New Orleans hopes Peoples-Jones can be a reliable target for quarterback Derek Carr and complement standout receiver Chris Olave. His signing could also open up the field for the Saints’ running game and tight end options.
