As of February 28, 2025, there is no public information indicating that Remko Pasveer has rejected a new contract offer from Ajax Amsterdam. In fact, recent reports suggest that the 41-year-old goalkeeper is keen to extend his stay with the club. In an interview with Het Parool, Pasveer expressed his desire to continue playing, stating, “My contract expires at the end of this season, but I still want to continue. I feel valuable and fit.” 
Pasveer’s tenure at Ajax began in 2021, and despite facing competition and injuries, he has reclaimed the starting position under coach Francesco Farioli. His performance this season has been commendable, leading to discussions about a potential contract extension. While formal negotiations are yet to be concluded, both Pasveer and Ajax appear interested in continuing their partnership.
It’s important to note that earlier in his Ajax career, Pasveer experienced uncertainty regarding contract renewals, especially during periods of administrative changes within the club. However, the current sentiment suggests a mutual interest in extending his contract beyond the current season.
