Trent Noah, the standout guard from Harlan County High School, has officially reaffirmed his commitment to the University of Kentucky Wildcats. Noah, who previously decommitted from South Carolina in May 2024 to pursue opportunities closer to home, expressed his excitement to represent Big Blue Nation. He stated, “I am incredibly proud to be a part of the University of Kentucky family.”
In his senior year, Noah led Harlan County to the Sweet 16 championship game, delivering impressive performances including a 48-point game against Campbell County. He concluded his high school career with 3,707 total points, ranking fifth all-time in Kentucky boys’ high school scoring.
Since joining the Wildcats, Noah has made significant contributions. In a game against the Tennessee Volunteers, he added a career-high 11 points, providing a crucial boost in the first half. Despite injuries to key players, the Wildcats secured a 75-64 victory, marking their seventh win against a top-15 team that season.
Noah’s decision to stay with Kentucky not only strengthens the team’s roster but also resonates deeply with local fans, reinforcing the Wildcats’ tradition of excellence and their connection to in-state talent.
